6:05 – LeBron James and the Heat won Game 7 of the NBA Finals 95-88 to capture their second straight NBA Championship. The guys, who were quite tired from staying up, were certainly not pleased with the outcome. Kiley and Booms commiserated with the fans about the Heat and LeBron winning the championship again.
7:44 – Booms and Goat B squared off again in the Kiley and Booms Idiot Pop Quiz. This week’s quiz was about the timeless comedy, Airplane!
8:05 – The New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been investigated all week in connection to a homicide found near his home. The most recent update is the report from Boston that an arrest warrant will be issued for Hernandez for obstruction of justice. Kiley and Booms commented on Hernandez, and Browns players Josh Gordon and Phil Taylor rooting for LeBron James and the Heat on Twitter, and former Brown LeCharles Bentley’s response to Gordon and Taylor.
9:30 – Gary Kader, the director of the Burrell Observatory at Baldwin-Wallace University called in to educate Chuck and Kevin on the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year.
9:44 – And it’s Friday, and of course that means it’s the best of the week with “In Case You Missed It.”
